Arthur is a dedicated and experienced attorney with a passion for delivering exceptional legal counsel and advocacy to clients. With 8 years of experience, Arthur has a strong background in workers’ compensation and personal injury defense. Given his years working as a defense attorney, Arthur brings a unique perspective to his client’s cases as he is well versed on how these claims are defended. His deep expertise and industry knowledge allows him to offer specialized legal guidance that addresses challenges and opportunities presented in each case.

Arthur earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Dale E. Fowler School where he excelled both inside and outside of the classroom. He earned a CALI Award recognizing the top grade in both Trial Advocacy and Advanced Mediation. Arthur went on to become the President of the Moot Court team representing the law school in various competitions across the country. He was also actively involved in the American Bar Association after being elected as the 9th Circuit’s Governor from 2014 to 2015.
He is the proud father of a wonderfully energetic and amazing two-year-old daughter. When Arthur is not suiting up for legal battle, he spends his time with his family and cheering for his favorite sports teams. Go Lakers!
Karpis Gary Ter-Kazaryan
With over 7 years of experience, Gary is a distinguished advocate known for his exceptional litigation track record and unmatched courtroom presence. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of complex claims, earning the respect of his peers, and the judiciary.
Gary earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar Association in 2016. Throughout his academic career, he demonstrated an aptitude for litigation, persuasive argumentation, and out of the box thinking to come up with creative ways to push the envelope and get issues resolved.
Throughout his career, Gary has worked tirelessly to help injured victims obtain justice. Having had the opportunity to work directly with injured victims, as well as a representative of insurance companies as a defense attorney, Gary is able to able to bring a unique and efficient way of handling claims to the table. He is a skilled negotiator who will fearlessly litigate any and all necessary issues to ensure that his clients’ rights are upheld.
When Gary isn’t in the courtroom or the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. Food is something that always brings people together, and Gary does not shy away from working a grill or two. Family is everything, and Gary brings his people friendly personality into his work.
